Important information about our programs

Refund Policy

All package purchases are non-refundable. However, we offer flexibility for rescheduling sessions with 24-hour notice.

Private training sessions and Elite Training Pods can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours will be charged in full.

In cases of injury or medical emergency, we will work with you to find a suitable solution. Please contact us as soon as possible.

Weather Policy

Training sessions continue in light rain. We have indoor facilities and covered areas available.

Sessions will be cancelled or rescheduled in cases of:

  • Severe weather warnings
  • Lightning or thunder
  • Extreme heat (over 105°F)
  • Unsafe field conditions

We will notify you at least 2 hours before the session if cancellation is necessary. Cancelled sessions due to weather will be rescheduled at no charge.

Safety Policy

Player safety is our top priority. All players must:

  • Wear appropriate protective equipment (shin guards required)
  • Arrive hydrated and prepared for training
  • Notify coaches of any injuries or medical conditions
  • Follow all safety instructions during sessions

We maintain first aid supplies and have emergency protocols in place. Parents must provide emergency contact information and any relevant medical information.

Rescheduling Policy

Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. To reschedule:

  • Contact us via email or phone
  • Provide your session date and preferred new time
  • We will confirm availability within 24 hours

Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may be subject to availability and may incur a rescheduling fee.

Package sessions must be completed within the package validity period (typically 3-6 months depending on package type).
